Andrea Fellion has a varied practice, focusing on employment law and personal injury defense. Ms. Fellion has extensive deposition and law and motion experience.
Employment - Ms. Fellion represents employers in employment litigation and has successfully mediated sexual harassment and employment discrimination matters.
Premises/Personal Injury - Ms. Fellion represents businesses and premises owners in personal injury and premises matters and recently secured summary judgment in a multi-million dollar lawsuit.
Insurance Defense - Ms. Fellion defends insureds in various matters arising out of CGL, homeowner’s and commercial automobile policies.
Education
J.D. Andrea Fellion received her Juris Doctorate from the University of San Francisco School of Law in 2008. While there she focused on Employment Law and ERISA.
While at USF Ms. Fellion tutored a First Year Contracts class and acted as a Moot Court Case Counselor. She earned the level of Semi-Finalist in the U.S.F. Advocate of the Year Competition. She was a Board Member of the Labor and Employment Law Student Association and was the Opinions Editor of the Law School Newspaper, The Forum.
B.S. Andrea Fellion received her Bachelors of Science in 2005 from Colorado State University.
While there she interned at the Colorado State Legislature for the Senate Majority Leader.
