and hour laws, arbitrations, mediations, and administrative hearings.

Business Litigation - Litigates claims related to breach of contract, contractual   interference, director and officer liability, trade secrets, unfair competition, and unfair trade practices.

Barbara L. Harris Chiang, newly elected partner in Dillingham & Murphy, LLP, was recently elected as 2009 President of the Queen’s Bench Bar Association. Queen's Bench was formed in 1921 by a group of women lawyers frustrated by the resistance of male lawyers to their participation in the local bar association. Queen’s Bench advances the interests of women in law and society, and plays an integral part in furthering the progress of women in the legal profession. It is a non-profit voluntary membership organization made up of attorneys, judges and law students.
