Mr. Camozzi served as the chair (2001-2002) of the Partnerships and Limited Liability Companies Committee of the State Bar of California, Business Law Section, and as a member (1997-2005) and chief legislative advocate (1999-2002) focusing on issues related to business entity conversions, restrictive covenants in the sale of a business, business taxation and business ownership. Mr. Camozzi has served as a panel member on continuing legal education programs related to trade secrets, restrictive covenants, and limited liability company organization and governance. He has edited and authored a number of practice guides and form books for leading law publishers related to personal property leasing, partnerships, and limited liability companies.
