Legal Experience

John N. Dahlberg joined the firm in 1984, after being associated with Pillsbury, Madison and Sutro (1978-1980) and Severson, Werson, Burke & Melchior (1980-1984). Mr. Dahlberg works primarily in litigation involving construction defect, real estate disclosure, personal injury, products liability, professional liability, civil rights, false arrest, and other intentional tort litigation. He is also a former member of the City of Oakland Police Department (reserve unit, 1988-1996), and has served as a judge pro tempore for the Alameda County Municipal Court, small claims section. Mr. Dahlberg enjoys an AV rating.
