Lead attorney in four national class actions for three different manufacturers of cement, construction products, and plumbing products; all resulting in no recovery for plaintiffs.

15 years as national defense coordinating counsel for asbestos bodily injury and asbestos property litigation for two major California manufacturers.

Three years national coordinating counsel for a major property and casualty insurance carrier for environmental claims.
