Mark J. Rogers is a graduate of the University of California, Davis (B.A. 1990) and the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law (J.D. with Great Distinction, Order of the Coif 1994). During law school, Mr. Rogers was a staff writer for the Transnational Lawyer and a member of the Roger J. Traynor Honor Society. He received the Verne Adrian and Annabel McGeorge Academic Achievement Scholarship for overall academic achievement, as well as American Jurisprudence Awards in Contracts and Criminal Law.
