MATTHEW D. LERNER

Matthew Lerner is an associate at Dillingham & Murphy, LLP. He handles a variety of cases, including employment, labor, and personal injury.
Prior to joining the firm, Matthew was Counsel at a Bay Area battery storage start-up handling a diverse portfolio of commercial, corporate, regulatory, and general business matters.
During law school, Matthew interned in the Hearings Unit of the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and for the Honorable Margaret Goodzeit. He also served as president of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Society and was a competitor and coach of Emory Moot Court Society's labor and employment team.
Prior to law school Matthew worked as Project Manager/Implementation Consultant for a large electronic health records (EHR) company.
