Complex Litigation/Management - coordination/lead counsel in the defense of multiple complex cases including interaction with client policymakers and insurance management operating personnel, and counsel; 15 years as national coordinating counsel for asbestos bodily injury and asbestos property litigation for two major California manufacturers.

Pat has tried twelve cases to verdict and has undertaken more than forty appellate matters, many on class actions. He was the lead attorney in eight class actions, including four national matters for three different manufacturers of cement, construction, and plumbing products: all resulting in no recovery for the plaintiffs.
